Looks like an M-A Systems Easy Case Feeder.   Last I heard, they are still in business in Pryor, OK.  I have one of their brochures, but have never purchased anything from them.  their main product seems to be collators for different applications (similar to the Chevron Collator).  They also make case feeders, case ejectors, indexers, and bullet feeders.  (918) 824-3705

Hello Swanee,I have one of these case feeders,I took the screw out to remove the bronze bushing and the spring flew out the back.If you still have yours could you photograph how the spring is positioned or secured or describe how it fits in there?I haven't been able to figure it out.

Ya I still have it somewhere, not using it, I'll see what I can come up with, I think the same thing happened to me but got it back together and rubber-banded it for storage, Ha, rubber band has probably wore out and in pieces--we'll see.
