Longer Stroke Star Presses
« on: June 25, 2007, 03:08:09 pm »
I have a question about the last new Star press I bought.  I ordered it set up for .45 Colt and don't remember just when but it is a little taller and has a longer stroke than the other two Star universal presses I have.  It also had a different company logo sticker on it just kind of chrome color and not the usual star name sticker.  Bought it from the older gentleman making them in San Diago and talked to him on the phone about it a bit after I purchased it.  Was this taller one also the one they one time made into the rifle reloader for .223 ammo?  Thanks and hope to use this site in the future but have never done anything on any forum so new to it.   Dan

A digital picture would really help.  What is the company name on it?
