Star - What did I bring home - Now for sale
« on: June 25, 2023, 07:16:36 pm »
I have decided that I am never going to spend the time to refurbish this so will be happy to sell all (if practical to ship) or parts if anyone is interested.  Besides what is pictured, there is casefeeder with stand and stand for the reloader with a bunch of slots for bullet trays.

Found a old Star Reloader at the local gunshop.  Don't really need another reloader, but it will be a good winter restoration project.   Falls in to the catagory of things that I really wished I could afford back when these were being made, but now I can relive my youth but with some money...  A little bit of nostalgia loading 45 ACP rounds with 231 and H&G 68s.    (and it was cheap)

Would appreciate any help identifying what I have so I can search the forum intelligently.

Pictures:
1. Here is the reloader in some sort of commercially made base
2. Looks like a Hulme casefeeder
3. Odd pneumatic manifold at the top of the loader.  Maybe for bullet feeder?
4. Not sure what this mechanism is.  Maybe loaded round ejector?
5. Not sure what this goes to?
6. Looks like some sort of pneumatic bullet feeder
7. Extra toolheads
8 . Looks like primer slides and misc parts.  Wonder why he had so many?
9. Misc parts including powder slide
10.  Assorted primer tubes

There is also an MA case collator (but I only get 10 pics)

Thanks for any help you guys might provide.

Brad

Looks like a nice find.  Should clean up nicely.

In addition to the reloader, you have an MA Systems Roto-Ease indexer and an MA Systems Eject-Ease finished round ejector.   The manifold is probably for a MA Systems bullet feeder, but I don't see the rest of it in your pictures.
