i just bought a star press in 38/357 and a phelps in 45 acp.
both have the 5/8ths charge bars.
i have all the bushings from # p-1 thru #p- 22 missing # 5, #p-3 was purchased from Hornady as H-3.
i want to throw close to 3.7 gr bullseye for 45 acp.
powder bushing charts on the internet are confusing.
are the bushings by vmd or gr.
the 45 acp press was set up for the 1/4inch charge bar at 3.7 gr bullseye.
it was changed to the 1/2 inch charge bar to use the same bushings as the star 38/357 press.
i hope this make sense.
i want to throw 3.7 gr. bullseye for 45 acp.
