I'm not a machinist nor do I play one on TV,but I try to makes things the hard way. I made the slide out of a Harbor Freight cutting board. The nylon is self lubricating and moves with little effort. I had to "guess" on the movement of the slide to locate the center of the powder drop hole. I was close to being centered, but no cigar. I added a spring loaded screw to always allow the slide to stay riding tightly on the slide cam bar. As I stated,it works very well but is set for H110 for .357 Magnum.
Here is the powder slide unit

Here is the length if the bronze slide unit

Here is the width of the slide unit channel,it is in fact .75" (3/4")

Here is the length of the slide I MADE. I do not know if this is factory correct, it is what I came up with that works.

Here is the center of the drop hole,it is close but it is not centered perfectly as tghe factory one would be.

Here is the thickness of the slide bar, it is close to being right but is a few thousands "thin" allowing powder grains to collect on the top of the slide bar.

Here is the cam slot. I had to guess to make this work. No idea if I'm even close to factory specs.

Here is the width of the cam at full rest (up)

Here is the thickness of the cam arm

I hope these images help. I can take more if needed and a proper description of the measurements needed are given.
Thanks again for your help.
