Hello Ray,
You may have your bench built by now but I'll add my 2 cents.
I use 3/4 or 5/8 plywood (double thickness on top) and a 2x4 frame. 37 to 39 inches high and 22-24 inches deep. The frame/bench should be secured to the wall/floor. I set my machine 2-3 inches from the front bench edge. I face the machine straight in front of me with the top shaft parallel to my shoulders. I then rotate the base 3-4 inches to the right
(counter clock wise) so the primer shaft is parallel with the front edge of the bench. This slight turn helps with seating bullets and rotating the handle. You can use 3/16 or 1/4 inch bolts to secure the machine but you may have to in-large your machine base screw holes. I cut a 5-5.5 inch round hole directly under the machine for cleaning and so rimmed cases
(38spl,) can fall freely. Building a deck 5-8 inches under the top of the bench collects your loaded rounds and spent primes. Some loaders catch the spent primes in a jar or metal can so the primer ash will not get on the bullet. Be safe, Mark
