When I operate my Star Universal 45 ACP it's getting more and more difficult to raise and lower the handle (like something is binding on the column shaft). The shell holder and primer arm operate smoothly with no resistance. I lube the shaft with 3-in-one oil wiped on with a cleaning patch and put a drop or two in the holes in the crank shaft bearing before each use. I don't know what
is going on. Should I be greasing the shaft instead of oil? I've loaded about 2000 rounds of 45 ACP on this loader and it appears to have had very, very little use.
