I just received a 9mm shell plate from Rich Daniels (Barrel Tester). It is very well done and will be installed in my Universal that is in .38 Spl. I'm awaiting dies for same which should arrive in three to four months. Mr. Daniels, thanks for the great work and timely delivery. tt
