HULME TEMPLATE/JIG TO DRILL FOR A CASE FEEDER

Last step to finish the Phelps loader project ;D
  I need the following

Hulme offered a kit to locate, drill and tap the hole for the case feeder on older models.


JUST NEED A TEMPLATE (LOCATE) :)

Be extremely careful to get the hole the correct distance from the loading port or slot in the base because if this dimension is off a smidgen the plunger will hit and bind on the slots in the shell  plate. Getting the hole centered in the slot shouldn't be that big a deal.

Maybe not for you, BUT, still would like a TEMPLATE to be sure it's
in the Correct Spot.....
