My friend (mentor) called me today...He said he found another item I might want.....
IT WAS A PHELPS BASE, no head or Crank Shaft Bearing [edit]'y
Which I already have..
Now I understand why he had 2 extra Phelps heads for it
I also 'ASSUME' that the dies in the heads are/were Phelps dies..
NOW I KNOW SAID GI JOE !!
Oh, by the way, on eBay there is a Phelps up for Bids.....
I noticed that it had a Strange Looking Gadget attached......From what I determed, it is a Indexer....
That was also in the box with the Phelps Steel Floor Base w/Column Shaft I got from my friend....
