Gosh I don't really have a clue what's a fair price, I know 32 is rare, guessing $250-$300 ??
Regardless, I think original or new shell plates, dies, heads, and machines are available between rbwillnj or fc60 and a few others so if I would always suggest anyone looking for Star stuff check with them first and support them since they are the ones supporting all of us.

Thanks for the photo. I have never seen a Perfection die in 32 S&W.

I bought a new .32 die set, powder funnel, shell plate and powder slide from Bruce  " Star MAchine Works" it's superb. The only issue I have with it is I can't seem to walk pass the the machine without sitting down and turning out a few rounds.

Thanks to all!  I now have an order into STAR for a complete STAR unit set up with accessories like my .45 ACP.
Dave Wilson had set me up with all the data and critical parameters for this cartridge with its unique requirements.
