Die Tool

Guy,s Is important to have  a tool to remove dies, to save the dies, Are can you do it the old fashion way with a round piece of wood?

Most of the time a wooden rod of the proper size is all you need.  Sometimes its nice to have the die removal tool.   It's actually more work to use the tool, but if you have a stubborn die the tool allows you to apply more leverage.

Go to the Magma Engineering site, contact them and ask the price of a die removal tool.  Being outbid on eBay was probably a blessing.
