Hulme feed tube question
« on: March 30, 2012, 10:47:01 am »
Did the Hulme feed tubes come in different diameters or is there just one universal size?  Reason I ask is do you need different tubes for e.g. .45 ACP vs. .38 Special?  I'm using 1/2" tubing for .45 ACP so is that too big for .38 Special?  Thanks in advance for any comments and advice ;D

They should work.........Try loading some .38 cases in one and SEE if they work.........
I've used the same size for both, .38 & .45 for years...............

That's my nickels worth............. ;) ;D

Hearing that the same size feed tube works for both calibers is more than a nickels worth of advice to me.  I was expecting to buy feed tubes of different I.D.s in order to cover the calibers that I reload!  Thanks a bunch for your reply and I'll give it a try! ;D ;D ;D
