Star Reloaders / Re: Adjustable powder slides
« Last post by NYKenn on June 23, 2026, 09:50:15 am »
I see them occasionally on Ebay.  Did you ask Bruce Williams at StarMachineWorks.com?
Have not seen a dimensional drawing.

I have one the screw adjustable as well as one for the inserts.
I find the adjustable great for load development. Once found what works, I either use a fixed bar or one with a matching insert.

Good luck.

I have one screw adjustable bar and want more.  I have some that I make inserts for which is easy.  I have the time, a lathe, mill, all the tooling, but not the experience making something with such tight tolerances. Are there any drawings or old magazine articles out there that may help?  Any advice?

This is from a 1992 letter from Magma.    I think that by the time they closed their doors the prices were more like $100 -$120 each.

I am curious about the cost from Magma for the heater base and the bullet feeder.
They were sold as separate items and the heater base was needed to mount the parts for the bullet feeder.
