Star Reloaders / Pre Pattent Star

I got this star reloader a few months ago. I am told it is a pre-patent Star. Trying to decide if I should invest the money to get it back to full working condition. does anyone have an idea of its value?

Thanks, it is the system that is installed on this sizer. Has anyone used one? any commets?

I bought a Star luber today with an air cylinder to replace the screw pressure system for the lube, has anyone seen this before?
