George, The progressive machine can be changed to load 9mm and several other small cartridges but requires some modification to the base. The cartridge drop out hole must be plugged and a cut must be made in the correct location for removal of the loaded round. Some 9mm shell plates will fit right into the base recess but some are slightly too large in diameter.  John

Sorry about putting down the wrong diameter must have been a brain ferbil. Wholesale tool company has import dies in that size for $8.

In my opinion accurately redrilling and taping the three holes in the toolhead 7/8-14 requires more precision and time than turning and rethreading a couple of dies. Also if you don't have one of the later shellplates with the larger diameter relief cut for the end of the die you might have to turn down the bottom of the sizing die anyway.

The best match I have found, after some searching, is Plasti-kote, truck and sport utility, 1567 dark blue.
