Where does this die fit in the die head. I know it has to be beyond the bullet seating die, but where?

But not new to reloading, been running 2 single stage presses for about 20 years. A good friend gifted me a Star Universal recently. It came set up for 38 spl and a second tool head set up for45 acp. He couldn't find the shell plate or large primer parts, so I have already contacted Bruce Williams. This thing runs smooth as silk, what a piece of machinery. I'm sure that I'll have many questions in the future.

Oh, one quick question. I noticed on the website that there was a picture of an adjustable powder bar. Anyone know if these are available and who may have them?
