Help!!
Just as I figured I was all set to stuff some 45acp...I found out that i need the plug that fills the drop hole under
the taper crimp die...anyone have one for sale?   (Star Universal)

Star Reloaders / Safety taper die station

I have just set up for stuffing 45acp and on the tool head is a safety taper die.   My question is after the loaded and bullet seated round is moved to this station ( under the taper die ) the base of the cartridge in on top of the drop hole.
Am I missing something here?   What supports the cartridge when the tool head is lowered?  It also appears that he safety cam should be removed so the round can be extracted.   The outer edge on the cam makes cartridge removal difficult.    Knowledge greater than mine would be most appreciated.   Thanks!

I looked all over Ebay (powder measures, scales) and could not find anything about Star (Hoag) adjustable powder slides. However I did send email to the address you provided.  Can you tell me anything about how this adjustable works,etc? (pic would be great if possible).  [no e-mail]@.net
