Star Reloaders / Two part Aluminum Base #11

When did they start using a two part bottom Aluminum Base or when did they stop.
Trying to ~ date a Progressive.

Loading Data & Reloading Procedures / 38 special dies , Can they be used for 357?

I am new to the use of Star reloaders.,I havve reloaded for years and just got an old star thinking that I could load 357 on it.

I am in the process of cleaning up the loader right now and wanted to be shure that I can use 38 Spec  dies for  loading 357.
I do not want to screw up anything as the parts for this thing are ........ well you know better than I.
