Star Reloaders / 9mm tool head and shell plate for star universal machine

I need to purchase a 9mm tool head and shell plate for a star universal machine. Let me know how much you want for it and what condition it is in.
Is there someone out there that can convert one of my 38 tool heads to 9mm tool head and also I would need the 9mm shell plate. let me know.
