Star Lubricator & Resizers / Star Lube/Sizer

I have three sizers that are in various states of disrepair.  Two have damage to the bell crank (the hole accepting the handle is badly deformed).  I've discussed this with Magma but I am not able to separate the parts using thier instructions.  Has anyone done this or have any have suggestions?

Star Reloaders / Star Universal

I picked up a 9mm Star Universal Loader at a gun show in Wyoming while on vacation.  This loader has the bottom eject plugged, a taper crimpe die, and the safty cam removed.  Is this a factory configuation or an owner modification?  I've never see one like this.
