Star Reloaders / more Trail Boss info

The B.E. 4.2 gr powder bar throws 1.9 gr of Trail Boss. So I would need something about 50% bigger in volume, no? Would there be a B.E. 6.0 - 6.3 available?

Star Reloaders / Trail Boss Powder

A friend has lent me (he refuses to sell) a Star progressive reloader for me to load .38's. He has asked that I load some for him using Trail Boss powder. This is the relatively new powder that has the black dot in the middle. He wants me to drill out the hole in a B.E. 2.4 "O" powder bar to do this. I am reluctant because the charge bars we have are all original. Suggestions?
