Title: J hoag adj powder chg bars

Can anyone put a date of mfg on these adjustable chg bars, also was this HOAG gent a California gun smith? ??? Any help would be appreaciated. I also have a tool head drilled out for 7/8-14 dies, it only has a number marked where star would have their name and pat #.  I know it is not a berdon cause I have several of them, did phelps have a tool head for standard dies :-\?

Janes W. Hoag Canoga Park Calif.  he made the adj powder chg bars in the 80 that I know of I have one they sold for 80 dollars and that was 1989. and yes he was a great gun smith for 1911 and the Browning, he died a few years ago. Pat from  Kalifornia
