:D Thanks to Ray Jones for the idea! I now have completed an offset handle for my friends Star, so he can rotate the machine counterclockwise and be able to seat bullets more easily.
I used 1/2" diameter 1018 cold rolled mild steel rod bent up to about 4" of offset. This brings the handle over in front of the re- size die area. Used a file handle drilled out to 1/2" for the wood handle, and cold blued it. Looks nice, and works great!

That's some fine work on the handle bend and blue job. Nice furniture you put on it too.

Glad it worked out for you and I'm sure your friend will appreciate your fine work. "Safety" is the MOST important thing we must all be aware of and with the handle still on the correct side he has the view of the machine necessary to ensure this. - Ray -
