Title: Can a Hulme case feed tube be fabricated from aftermarket parts?

Where can I find something for a .38 special?  Where can I buy a tube or make something that will work.

A PVC pipe supply house. Lowes, Home Depot. They will not be transparent though. I use the same clear tube as the 45 if you have that. Works fine.
