Title: Need Help Identifying a Part

I have a brass bushing or sleeve that either goes with my Star press or my Star resizer/lubricator. I have scoured the parts diagrams for both and studied both machines and I cannot find it. It may go to neither of them, but if anyone recognizes this part, please let me know. Thank you.

It is not a part that I recognize as belonging to either a Star reloader or Lubricator Sizer.

Thank you for the answer! It must go to another piece of equipment or press I have so I'll hang on to it.
