Contact Bruce at Star Reloaders and see if he has one to sell or if you have the time watch EBAY for one, I bought two there over the last few years.

I produce my own, I only have a few left at this time.  $200 plus shipping.

Occasionally I have some Hulme case feeders which I don't consider to be nice enough to use on my rebuilt reloaders and I offer them at a discount.
