Title: primer feed problems

After many years(purchase in 1968) of using a universal machine for loading 45 auto, the primer punch spring broke. Not only did it cause reloading problems it damaged the primer slide and punch. Does any body have any good way of avoiding this problem and where to go to get replacement parts?
