Title: For Sale Phelps loader in 38 cal (SOLD)

Several years ago I purchased a Phelps loader in 38 cal, from my local Police Department which i am a retired member of. Our department purchased the Phelps in 1955 and it is in perfect operating order. I several powder bars and extra springs. I paid $250.00 but will consider all offers. Pleas contact me if you would like pictures.
