Title: Sold and Shipped - Phelps Reloader - Star Copy

Gentlemen, up for sale is what I am told is a Phelps Deluxe reloader. As you can see below it is a copy of the Star Universal.
It is a used machine, not rebuilt, so finishes are original, and appears to be in good working order. I have included a Star powder magazine, a Star primer mag, and small primer pickup tube to complete the setup - which is in .38 special.
Have seen these on 'the bay' for up to $750, but wanted to offer this here on the forum before going down that road.
Thought someone who regularly loads multiple calibers (and tired of changing tool-heads and primer assemblies) might well have good use for this. Selling for $400 + shipping and ppal.
