Hello,
I am a new bee to Star Re-loaders and to this forum. I recently inherited a brand new, in the box, star universal re-loader along with a new freeloader, multiple plastic tubes still wrapped in paper and instruction manuals. The hardware was wrapped in newspaper dated 1979.
I have been shooting on and off for 50 of my 58 years and have just recently upgraded to a Les Baer Premier II. The need to re-load is significant both financially and for mental well being. I read the wisdom posted here and really look forward to digesting all I can.

Guys,
I don't have a lumber, do I need to lube new bullets?

If you are casting your own bullets, you need to lube them. If you are loading commercial cast bullets they will come already lubed. If are loading jacketed bullets they don't need to be lubed.
