I bought a couple from Bill Cunningham a few years ago.

Greetings,

I have never talked with Mr. Cunningham via telephone. I did buy two 5/8" powder housings from him. I just sent a check to his address with my parts request. A few weeks later, I received my parts with a note to send more money as I was working from an outdated parts list.

I took a chance that my money would be received and my parts sent to me. Mr. Cunningham did not let me down.

What Dave said... I have sent of a check at least  two or three times with Bill, and he has always come thru. Even sent cash back when i over paid for an item

Ditto on my positive experience with orders to Bill Cunningham.

I did just as the previous folks mentioned.....sent him a detailed order with the parts item name and number and a check for the parts and an estimated shipping fee (based on USPS flat rate parkaging).  I've never tried to contact him via telephone.

I had the prices too low at first (based on the website) and he sent me a new price list....which I have used several times.  It is a two page (jpeg) list and the file was too large to attach to this posting.

I have been told that he travels a lot and checks the mail box when he in town....which may be a couple of weeks or so in between.

I have always got the parts back in a few weeks....packaged well and with a formal invoice for my records.
