Title: Is this a bullet feeder?

Is this a bullet feeder in the middle of the picture?  Does it look complete?

was looking at that earlier , also wondered what the setup left of the case feeder was

I believe it is a Hulme Bullet Feeder.

A fellow shooter came across one and sent me some photos. Sadly, no documentation.

I had a Hulmn bullet feeder.  If memory serves, that is what this is.
