The powder measure tubes with a slide shut off that was on the bottom of the tube , above the threaded nipple ?
-
Greetings,
I have some of those devices. The fellow was in California and sold them as a kit. They arrived with the brass thread moulded into the plastic and you glued the pieces together supplying your own clear plastic powder hopper.
This was fifteen years ago and is all the information I can remember.
They do work very well.
We need to services of a Plastic Mould Maker on this Forum.
Cheers,
Dave

Only problem with that one is > You have to Un-screw it from the

So far >> 'I think', maurilew's set-up works the best.........

yappers, 2.5 turns and back in the gallon jug , but the only times I seemed to dump powder on my turret press was switching to load .308 so I think I'm safe there on the Star
Got one of maurilew's drains also.
But back on topic as I was trying to find out who made these ;D has anyone else got any info on the maker. before I just order a blade for the mill
