Title: IMPROPER LISTING OF A STAR

A person is advertising a Phelps as a STAR on eBay......... >:(

He lists it as a Star 9mm Universal Progressive........... :(

Absolutely Correct.   A very late model Star tool head on a Phelps Universal.

I wouldn't assume it was intentional.  Could well be an honest mistake.
I have done business with this seller in the past and he has been good to deal with.
