I picked up a 9mm Star Universal Loader at a gun show in Wyoming while on vacation.  This loader has the bottom eject plugged, a taper crimpe die, and the safty cam removed.  Is this a factory configuation or an owner modification?  I've never see one like this.

That's standard for a unit with a taper crimp die.
