#16 Expander Plug

Does anyone know the diameter of the expander plug for 38spl in the Progressive  press  I mic mine at .358 seems tight.

Tight on the Expander or tight on the bullet?  .358 is Standard.   There is spring back in the brass so you still have case tension.   
I do have smaller diameter expanders.

Thank you, I'll call you next week, seems really hard going into the 38spl case after sizer
