Star Reloaders / Primer Slide Angle Lever
« on: July 09, 2013, 11:52:58 am »
Noticed that the Primer Slide Angle Lever #48 is getting worn.  Previous owner had this welded and then polished down.  I didn't think it should have worn that quickly.  I keep it greased lightly and dry graphite on the primer slide. Is this a case hardened part? Can I have it re-welded again without any problems?

Stars Want to Sell/Want to Buy / WTB Toolhead without dies
« on: September 25, 2012, 01:43:42 pm »
Looking for a toolhead.  I purchased everything to convert my Universal to .40 S&W from fc60 and bullet tester.  Both Dave and Richard were great to work with. Everything was perfect.  Now I think I would like to set a second head back up with the .38 Spl. dies I got with the press.  I tried to contact compositor, he seems to have parts available on ebay but his email address does not work.  ???  Email me at bob.cheslock at comcast.net

Star Reloaders / Reloading with Accurate Powder
« on: August 23, 2012, 10:13:32 pm »
I am having problems reloading with Accurate #5 powder.  The charge bar does not move freely as it did when I used Bullseye powder.  This is an adjustable charge bar and is the same width and thickness as the old one.  Any suggestions?

Star Reloaders / adjustable powder bar
« on: May 03, 2012, 10:45:45 pm »
I just received my adjustable powder bar from "barrel tester".  His work is fantastic.  Turnaround time on the order was faster than I expected.  I also got a shell plate to convert to .40 S&W from him.  The craftsmanship on it is also excellent.  Installed the powder bar and cranked out the first 100 .38 Spls. today.  These are sweet machines.  Now I'm waiting on the .40 S&W dies. Oh well, it will give me time to load for my wheel gun.  Thanks again Richard :)
