a Star Aluminum Base (Mounting Holes)

Gentlemen
I saw a Post that showed a Tool Head that had been Drilled & Tapped for
7/8" Dies with a Adapter.....
It showed a 11/16" Seating Die(?) in that Adapter......
So the Adapter was 7/8" OD x 11/16" ID
Anyone know who made this Adapter & where to get one

I just finished putting the Phelps together, But I'm missing
2 - Screws:
#1 - Screw that holds the Crank Shaft Handle in.....
#2 - The headless set screw in #79U-Shell Base Locating Strap...
Would any of you guys happen to know the Thread Sizes for those 2 Screws..?

Star Reloaders / SHELLPLATE PROBLEM

I have a shellplate marked .38 Sup, from the interchangeability list this plate should work for 40 S&W / 10mm...
The plate I have is Tight on the cases (10mm) Some of the cuts on the plate are tighter than the others............
Could this post on another Posting be the cause

Case kicker problem by dbltapster
Update: After manually checking that the brass was ejecting without snags, I adjusted the cam plate approx. 1/4 inch below the die plate. That seems to have done the trick. I have cycled brass through the shell plate both manually and with the indexer, and the kicker is functioning well in both modes. Thanks Art.

Does a Thrust nut that is adjusted down to Tight keep the shells from exiting using the Case Kicker

Star Reloaders / STAR HEAD PROBLEM

I got involved assembling my #2 Star.....The [no e-mail]@%#$ Head Would Not slide all the way down the column...The Head would ONLY go about Halfway down when it feels like it hits a ridge... 
I ended up removing the Key...THAT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM......I noticed in the shaft of the head there is a Spiral looking cut in the head....?
I've tried another Star Head and it slides ALL THE WAY DOWN......
Apparently STAR didn't do a Final Mill/Cut in/on the Head.....
I'm going to find a wheel brake cylinder hone and see if I can polish it out...or something of that nature......
By the way, does anybody know what size the KEY is..

My friend (mentor) called me today...He said he found another item I might want.....
IT WAS A PHELPS BASE, no head or Crank Shaft Bearing [edit]'y
Which I already have..
Now I understand why he had 2 extra Phelps heads for it 
I also 'ASSUME' that the dies in the heads are/were Phelps dies..
NOW I KNOW SAID GI JOE !!
Oh, by the way, on eBay there is a Phelps up for Bids.....
I noticed that it had a Strange Looking Gadget attached......From what I determed, it is a Indexer....
That was also in the box with the Phelps Steel Floor Base w/Column Shaft I got from my friend....?

.45 Colt cases won't fit
Does anybody have a Part # for tubing from McMaster-Carr

McMaster-Carr #8628K57
Inside Diameter: 9/16" (0.5625)
Outside Diameter: 5/8" (0.6250)
Length: 5'
