Looks nice.   I have been using a beefy handle with a 2" ball for a number of years.   I didn't make it.  It came to me on one of the Lubesizers I purchased a while back.   I find the 2" ball more comfortable than the original handle..

Having a handle that doesn't bend is not necessarily a good thing.   Of all the things that could bend or break on a Star Lubesizer, the handle would be my first choice. :D

Your pictures show some nice work.

In line with what Bruce mentioned. Everything has its weakest link. I would like to think the easiest to replace should be the easiest to break first.
