I have a Star Reloading press .38 in excellent condition with a custom shell loader, has the auto indexter, and the machine is mounted to a custom movable table top, built for this press. I have 15 primer tubes to fill the primer station and 8 clear tubes for the case feeder. Each tube hold 40 cases. It has 18 powder bushings. I'm selling it for $1000.00 plus shipping.

I can make you a 38 super carbide die using an existing die if you're unable to find one.

Seems like Lee has 2 oversize 38 ACP dies in stock.

You might contact LEE Engineering in Wisconsin. A few years ago they had some old inventory of Star threaded sizing dies in both undersized and oversized dimensions. I purchased a couple of the .38 Super dies as well as some .380 ACP.

Star Lubricator & Resizers / STAR VS RCBS HEATED BASE

I have an RCBS heated base which I use with a SAECO lube/sizer. About a year ago I was able to buy a Star Lube/Sizer to replace the one I had sold a few years ago. I'm trying to get a Star Bullet Feeder and thought I'd also try to get a Star Heater Base. I'm aware the RCBS has the hole pattern for the Star Sizer but doesn't seem to have the fourth hole for the mounting block for the feeder. Can the Star Sizer AND Bullet Feeder be mounted to the RCBS heater? For those of you who have both a Star heater and an RCBS heater, does the Star heater offer features NOT found on the RCBS heater? Do you prefer one over the other?

Thanks, Scott. I already own one of the RCBS heaters which I use with my SAECO luber. I'm pretty sure the RCBS doesn't have a hole for mounting the mounting block for the Star bullet feeder, it just has the three holes to mount the sizer and not the fourth hole for the mounting block. So, I thought I'd try to find a used Star heated base to use with my Star lube/sizer.
