Star Reloaders / RLS dies

Gentelmen:

I have a question concerning dies.  I have some dies marked "PERFECTION" AND RLS stamped on them in red. The RLS in encircled in red.  My question is who made the dies and are they still available.  They appear to be very well made and they fit the star universal heads that I have.  Anyone with any information please send me a pm

Star Reloaders / shell plates

Hello all,

I have been toying with the idea of having a shell plate made up in 38 super.  I have been trying to buy one but can't locate one on the forum.

Does anyone have a machinist's drawing of the star universal shell plate in 38super/acp?I
I have two shell plates as patterns but they are 45acp and 38 special.  I think I can have
a new one made up at one of the local machine shops but I need dimensions on the
38 super. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
