PART IDENTIFICATION

Has anybody come up with the part ID, Thread size, etc., on the Screw & Washer under the #12U Base, it restricts the
#24-Primer Punch from dropping down below the #12U-Steel Floor Base...

I removed it and checked it out....

 Specs:
SCREW:
Slotted Fillister = 6-32 x 6/32"
WASHER:
Diameter = .375 OD
Screw Hole = 3/8"
Thickness = .038 varies
