Loading Data & Reloading Procedures / Accurate Arms powder

Does anyone out there load Accurate Arms powder?  I have a OO powder slide marked 3.8 grains, Accurate Arms No. 2.  Got it with a bunch of stuff.  Any experience with that load?  (I use 3.8 BE myself.)

I've tried "refresh" and I've tried retyping web address in.  What I get is a note that the web site exists but cannot be shown.  Specifically, this is called "HTTP 403 Forbidden."  I'm not computer-savvy enough to know how to get around this.  Anybody been in recent contact by phone or mail?

Does anyone know what happened to the web page for Star Machine Works?  I had it on my "Favorite Places" but can't get it to come up any more.

I don't know, being new to Star machines, how good a source of parts they were.  I see references to various people's names and maybe one of those is the proprietor?

About the Bullseye variations lot to lot:  what was your problem?  I had a case recently with malfunctions of a previously reliable (3.8 + 185) load in my .45 longslide.  Gun was also an extremely reliable weapon.  I double checked load weight thrown by my measure, cleaned gun scrupulously, and still had problems.
