Does anyone know what the speed of a .38 cal., 148 gr. WC would obtain using 2.7 gr. of Bullseye powder?

Handloader.com has some information...

148gr LWC  2.8 gr Bullseye  815 fps 1.18"  Fed 100  Alliant
Suggested starting load: 2.5 gr

Pressure: 15,900

148gr LWC  2.7 gr Bullseye  785 fps 1.18"  Fed 100  Alliant
Suggested starting load: 2.4 gr

Pressure: 14,600
