I tried 4.1 grains of 231 with a 200 grain SWC lead bullet.  Nice starting load for Bullseye matches.  4.2 should work as a starting load for the 230 FMJ bullet.

I have started using these dies in my standard reloading presses and have been quite pleased with the results.

Would anyone be interested in having these dies returned to fit star loaders?

I just got an email from Rich Daniels a week ago and he is still alive however, he isn't making parts anymore, is selling only what he has in stock, and told me that he has 22 complete machines that he wants to sell as a package.  He said that he rarely goes to his shop since COVID started.

Too bad, because I've bought adjustable powder bars, shell plates, and Hume case adapters from here.

I have a customer with good supply of W231 that he would like to use for 45 ACP, both 200 gr SWC and 230 gr FMJRN.   I have used 231 for other calibers, but I don't have experience with that powder for 45 ACP.   Can anyone suggest some good Bullseye loads for W231.
