« on: January 27, 2012, 04:32:49 pm »
it looks like Midsouth is getting out of the Hornady pistol powder bushings that fit into our 1/2" charge bars. there are a few left at clearance prices.

Stars Want to Sell/Want to Buy / Hulme top plate
« on: May 06, 2011, 09:27:30 pm »
Hello,
Does any one out there have or manufacture Hulme top plates for the Hulme case feeder? Does anyone know which heights the  top plates may come in? I'm presently tooled for 45acp, want to load 223 and eventually .41mag, .44mag, .357mag.
Thanks!

Star Reloaders / Loading .223 on Star
« on: April 28, 2011, 09:44:08 am »
Hello,
I'm preparing to load 223 on my Star Universal. Does anyone know if parts, custom or otherwise, such as the following available within this forum?
1. 223 expander threaded for Star
2. Linkages modified for additional leverage
3. Custom made taper crimp die for 223

Many thanks! Happy shooting!

Star Reloaders / small primer slide
« on: April 26, 2011, 06:26:07 pm »
Greetings,
I'm new to both Star machines and this site. For about a year I've been the proud owner of a fine old Star Universal which is tooled for .45acp, as well as a second Star tool head for the machine. Love it! Just had a quick question for You guys, will I need to obtain a small primer slide in order to reload for a caliber requiring small primers? If so do you know of anyone on the site who makes them? Thanks in advance, I've been enjoying the posts.
Larry

Looks as if I'll need a smaller version of the primer slide. Also looks as if I'll have one coming!
Thanks everyone.
