Title: Are Star Reloaders Addictive?
Post by: Welsh Rifleman on September 22, 2012, 08:19:32 am
I recently "acquired" a Star Universal from a friend who bought it from a friend...etc.  It was set up for 38 Special and he didn't shoot 38 Special!

After blowing the dust off and giving it a good cleaning and oiling....I discovered I was becoming addicted to this machine and after finding this forum I ended up buying a rebuilt Universal set up for 45 acp as well and now have to blow the dust off my Bullseye pistols so I will have something to shoot up the ammo I'm now producing.....with the new supply of Bullesye powder and small pistol primers I had to go out and buy...not to mention the cases...etc...etc...etc...

By the way, I purchased the rebuilt Universal from Bruce Williams and it is a beauty!  Nice work Bruce.

And thanks to all the fellow "addicts' who provide such a valuable resource for learning the "tricks" for running a Star...and finding the parts that I can buy to feed my new interest.
