Star Reloaders / Powder measure adjustment

Does anyone make or have the adjustable powder bars for sale? I have also seen a bushing style but was not sure if they come with a range of bushings or if one bushing is made to measure the amount you want with the powder you want? How do you guys change loads (bullet weight or powder type) without changing the powder slide? The only option I can think of is solder the hole shut and redrill it?

Also if someone has the solution please let me know how much?

Star Reloaders / Powder Measure mounting

I have several (I believe to be) Star Presses. One of them is missing the powder measure. I tried to move one from one press to the other and the mounting screws are not in the same place. I used a caliper to set the distance of the three that are the same and then took a picture to illustrate the distance difference. Can anyone shed light on this? The one missing the powder measure, the mounting screws seems to be much closer than the other three I have.
