Help me identify these
« on: May 03, 2009, 05:43:56 pm »
I purchased these along with a lot of other reloading items at a garage sale.  They are made of copper and have little slits on the bottom ends.  The top ends have a slip pin, obviously to attach them to something.  One is about the size of a #2 pencil and the other is a little smaller.  I'm guessing that they are for loading the two different sized primers.  Do these go with a Star reloader?

Looks to be primer pickup tubes.  Perhaps one for large and the other for small primers?

Small and Large pickup tubes and primer magazine for CH re loaders. They could be used for other reloaders probably.

They are combination primer pickup/primer feed tubes.   Several manufactures use a similar design.  I had a Lyman turret press that used tubes that were very similar.  Anyway, not Star.

I had a suspicion that's what they were.  Glad they aren't for the Star.  I just sold the reloader and didn't want any needed parts to be left behind.  Thanks very much.

They are primer tubes for an RCBS bench primer tool.
